Application Process

  1. Wash roof with WAC II.
  2. Prime roof surface with Tack Coat.
  3. Apply Benchmark Base Coat at approx. 2 gal/sq with Spunflex embeded.
  4. Apply white Benchmark Top Coat or PUMA XL Top Coat at approx. 2 gal/sq

*Recommended for the following surfaces: EPDM, BUR, Mod-Bit, Exterior Sheeting, Concrete, Composite Decking, ISO Board & Metal roof assemblies.
