  • Highly durable, with a lifespan of 50+ years, providing long-term protection against harsh weather conditions, including heavy rain, wind, and snow.
  • Provides excellent insulation, helping to regulate indoor temperatures and reduce energy costs for heating and cooling.
  • Require minimal maintenance due to their strong, weather-resistant material, reducing long-term repair costs.
  • Offer a variety of styles and colors.
  • Non-combustible, offering superior fire resistance and enhancing the building’s safety

Application Process

  1. Ensure the deck is clean, dry, and structurally sound before installation.
  2. Lay a moisture barrier or underlayment to protect against water infiltration.
  3. Install horizontal battens or strips that will support the tiles.
  4. Start at the eaves, laying tiles in overlapping rows, securing them with nails or clips.
  5. Seal edges, penetrations, and transitions with flashing and trim for a watertight finish.

* Recommended for the following surfaces: Plywood, Concrete, Wood, Metal & Existing Flat Roof System
