Metal Roofing Installation

System Benefits

  • Can withstand extreme weather, lasting 50+ years with minimal upkeep.
  • Reflects sunlight, lowering cooling costs and improving energy savings.
  • Metal roofs need little maintenance and resist common issues like cracking or rotting.
  • Non-combustible, they help prevent fire spread, offering extra safety.
  • Made from recycled materials, they’re recyclable at the end of their life, reducing environmental impact.

Application Process

  1. Clean, dry, and inspect the roof deck for any damage. Repair or replace any compromised sections to ensure a stable foundation.
  2.  Lay down a moisture barrier over the deck to help protect against water infiltration and improve durability.
  3.  Align and secure the first metal panel with proper fasteners.
  4.   Continue placing the panels, overlapping them. Ensure all seams are tightly secured to prevent leaks.
  5.  Install flashing around roof edges, penetrations, and vents. Add trim to seal gaps.
